Final conclusions and my opinions

So, for our deception this exchange has finished :(

And to finish this blog, in this last post I want to write as a summary of what this exchange has been for me, and analyse it in my point of view.

Here there are my opinions and conclusions:

This exchange has been my FIRST exchange in my life and I hope to do more exchanges like this one. This exchange for me, has been one of the most brilliant experiences that I have had in my life at the moment. And I will remember it for the positive things that it has "given" to me, it´s obvious that there had been bad things too, of course! But there were only details.
I have enjoyed this exchange, I have enjoyed talking in English with the Dutch students, I have enjoyed making friends in Holland, I have enjoyed being able to speak with them normal in English, like we were speaking Catalan, I have enjoyed knowing a new culture, I have enjoyed... I can´t say all the things that I´ve enjoyed because there are lots and lots!

Finally, I would like to congratulate and to give the thanks to Oriol Pallarès , to Teresa Socias, and to the people that has been working a lot of hours, in order that we could go to Holland! :)

Wednesday in Holland

Hi again!! Shall I start no?
Today we woke up at 8:10, and immediately we had breakfast and then leave in bicycle to the school.
The first two hours we were in the computers room where I completed my blog and corrected some errors that I had, in order to improve my grade.

After these two hours, we had a Dutch class where Ginger taught us the basic things of the Dutch, like the names of the months or the numbers.
It was interesting, but too difficult for me :(

Then we had a few minutes to have lunch in the other building of De Nassau.

And then we took all our bicycles and we went cycling to Belgium (aprox 3:00 cycling , in total),
and we had a few miutes there to have fun in a park.

Wednesday in Holland

Tuesday in Holland

Today I'm really, really tired!!
First we woke up at 7:15 (like always, and we arrived to school at 8:25, where we took the bus to Neeltje Jans, that is an artificial island in the Netherlands in the province of Zeeland, it was constructed to facilitate the construction of the Oosterscheldekering. The island was named after a nearby sand bar.
There, we had fun enjoying some of the attractions that were there!
One of them, was a huge slide with water, and with a thing like a float we went down the slide, it was exciting!
But there, Joan Roman broke his arm!! :( , but in the positive point of view is better that you broke your arm 2 days before we leave that not the first day! ;)
After visiting and enjoying the place, we returned to Breda in bus.
Then we had dinner in Farhad's house and finaally a few hours ago we went to Dries house with some other students, where we had fun.
After having fun in Dries house, we went cycling home more or less at 22:20 , but Farhad didn't know where to go!!! He was disoriented!!
Finally he asked a women and we could arrive to "my" house.

Monday in Holland

Today It has been a really long day! And I'm really tired, but I need to do my diary, so here I start:

Today we woke up at 7:15 and at 8:20 we were at De Nassau.
Then we get the bus around 8:45, and we left Breda to go to Amsterdam.
Amsterdam is a very nice city, and the most important city in Holland nowadays, there are different ways to visit it: one way is in car, but another way is in bycicle, so that you'll become fit too!
After 2 hours in bus, we arrived to Amsterdam, in front of us there were beautiful houses and canals.
Immediately we had breakfast while we were going to Van Gogh's museum.
I'll explain a little bit what this painter and museum is.
So, Van Gogh is a really famous painter that painted some famous paintings as the Sunflowers, that is the most known painting made by him.
And the Sunflowers is a painting made by Van Gogh as I said before, and basicly in the paintings are some sunflowers.

And as you can imagine, this museum is full of interesting paintings, some of Van Gogh but some of them made by other painters.

After visiting this nice museum we went shopping and walking around the city a little bit.
We met and we went to Anne Frank's house, that as you know it was a jew girl that died in a concentration camp, but when she was hiding, she wrote a diary that was published years after she died.

After seiing this house we drew a painting of the canal and the houses around.
Then we went to the Red Light District, that is a place in Amsterdam where there are a lot of sex shops, prostitute and coffe shops.

To end the day in Amsterdam we did a tour around Amsterdam in a boat!

So, as you can imagine, I'm exhausted and I'll go to sleep early.

Sunday in Holland

Yesterday, I went to sleep at 12, because we went to the bar Spinola where we met Oriol Pallarés and Teresa Socias.

And today I woke up at 12 and I ate three fried eggs, then I didn't eat for lunch.
After that we went to Andries house where we met Bo, Arnau, Andries, Joan Roman (Jhonny) and Albert.

We played poker , and football in the garden.
Then we went to a place where there are so many people playing hockey and we played football with a person that was wearing the T-shirt of the team of Barcelona, and we eplained him that we were Catalan and FC Barcelona fans.

Finally we went to Farhad's home and at 6 we had dinner.

Now I am watching Barcelona against Vilarreal in the internet, because if Barcelona win he will win the league.
And today I'll go to sleep early because tommorrow we're going to Amsterdam.

doncs sapigueu que estic bé i que em donen molt de menjar, passa que em resulta raro sopar a les 6!!
Demà anirem a Amsterdam sense els holandesos, estara be!

Saturday in Holland

Today I'm really tired!!
Last day we went to sleep at 12, and today we woke up at 8! But I didn't sleep really good :(
So, today we have gone to an attraction park called Efteling, Farhad and me arrived there with Andrees father's car.
Then we met all the other boys and we entered at the park with a ticket we had already bought yesterday.
First of all we went to the biggest rollercoaster in the whole park, that has two loopings, and then we went by our ownselves to other attractions!
It was really funny because in the middle of one attraction we all started to dance!
Finally we arrived home, and this night some people are going to Annefleur's house, and some to the "disco" (I'm going to the disco).

Doncs com ja us he dit per telefon, avui he anat a un parc d atraccions, semblant a Port Aventura, ha estat molt bé pero avui nomes em anat tots els nois i dema aniran les noies.
Avui per la nit anire pel centre de Breda i soparem al Mac Donals, encara que ja he sopat a les 6 de la tarda, i he dinat a las 12!
Doncs que sapigueu que estic be i que em tracten bé,
